whitewingI was able to complete my National Pokedex before Friday! Wheee! And thanks to Kamek_X, I was able to infect my Pokemon with the Pokérus, the virus that actually helps improve their stats. It's like SARS, but useful! So I'm well on my way to becoming the Pokemon trainer I always wanted to be! And now the bad news.
I can't find my ruby red edition. I beat it a while back, got the legendaries and put it aside for newer games. I had been planning on transfering all my good Pokemon to my diamond edition. But I can't find it anywhere. I almost tore my room apart, in the process throwing away crap I haven't used in years, but to no avail. I have the box and the instruction booklet, but not the game itself. Sigh. It has to be somewhere. Another thorough searching will be called for.
And on top of that, I discovered that I never finished red/fire. I got to the victory road and stopped for some reason. This means I haven't beat the elite four yet (I don't think) nor have I captured Mewtwo. I caught a Zapdos, but not the other legendaries. Grrr argh. I'm pretty sure I can blame Kingdom Hearts for me not paying more attention to the game. So now I have to go through fire/red before I can transfer all the Pokemon I want, and continue hunting for ruby red. I'm tempted to get emerald, but haven't gone that far in planning yet. Heh, at least I'll have something to do while laying on the beach in Puerto Vallarta.
On the plus side, I'm really getting into breeding. I'm not being too specific with the breeds I'm coming up with, but I got 7 Eevee eggs that I have to hatch, train, and then evolve into their advanced forms. My Eevee team will soon be complete! I bred a Scyther egg because I want to create the uber Scyther, one of my favorite Pokemon. Sure he's bug type, but give him a pump with swords dance and there's nothin' he can't beat!
