So not only do we have to deal with the undead doll heads staring at us for the rest of the month, this piece of "aht" mysteriously appeared overnight in the gallery. No one had a clue where it came from, or why we weren't informed of it's coming, or even what the connection was to the creepy doll heads. Typically, unless it's a student presentation, the gallery is dedicated to only artist at a time. The library has named it Stumpy.
We then discovered that it was a student's form of protest over the decimation of the population of wild mustangs in the U.S.
Okay...I guess someone has to look out for them...
Even though they weren't originally native to the U.S to begin with....
