Wow. I just spent the least 20 minutes giving pointers to a liberal studies major (one of my student workers) about student teaching. Then we shared stories of our classroom observations, going over the horror stories and funny anecdotes of the classroom. Another student worker was like "Why in the world would anyone want to be a teacher." We both looked at him and said "Because we're crazy. Duh."
I then had the thought, "Hmm...this girl is my competion. Oh dear." But she'll make a fine teacher one day, and I'm proud to be able to help her along, even if it's just in little ways!
I do miss the classroom though.
*looks at resume. blows dust off*
I do believe it's nearing the final hour.

Zac Efron-itis

Last night I had a dream that I found out where Zac Efron lived. I tried to think of ways of how to sneak in so I could meet him, but kept getting caught by Vanessa Hudgens, who was keeping a watchful eye on the apartment. At one point, Zac was in the shower and I finally found my way in, but then felt creepy and left.
I may have some issues. Or need more sleep. Not sure which.

Epiphany

Talking with my pal Xian tonight I realized something. if you hurt me once, I can forgive and forget. If you do it a second time, you're out. I have enough friends, enough self esteem, and just enough to not have to deal with your BS. I will be polite to you, and civil, cause that's how i roll, but don't expect me to put anymore effort into the so called friendship. Because if you can't respect our friendship, I certainly don't have to respect you.
